(WMS), and WMS operates the Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC) and the Bangpoo Environmental Complex (BPEC). The Eastern Seaboard Environmental Complex (ESBEC) is the only non-hazardous landfill facility in Thailand that meets US-EPA and World Bank standards. WMS operates the following services at the site: site cleanup/industrial cleaning, physical chemical treatment, biological (SBR) waste water treatment, recycling, landfill gas treatment, waste transportation/collection, and environmental monitoring. Future plans include the construction of a larger recycling facility and a composting plant to convert organic waste into fertilizer.
The Bangpoo Environmental Complex (BPEC) houses a state of the art incinerator built with support from the Japanese and Thai governments. The complex includes a waste-to-steam facility, a recycling operation, collection equipment, and a waste transfer building. The facility is designed and engineered to create and capture energy from waste while simultaneously protecting the environment of Thailand.

PPLi's operations include waste transportation/collection, site cleanup and packaging, industrial cleaning, stabilization, physical chemical treatment, biological (SBR) waste water treatment, drum reconditioning and return, modern management of stabilized and treated residue, and production of alternative fuels for cement kilns.
